CLE Instructor

Interested in becoming a CLE instructor?  

If you have a program that you would like to develop into a CLE course, please e-mail the following to [email protected] with the subject line reading "Proposed CLE Course" and include:

• Your full name & CV

• Proposed CLE Course Description including answering the following:
  • Who should attend the course (level of experience, type of practice, etc.)?
  • Why should someone attend the course?
  • What will someone take away from the class?
  • Is this a balanced course (I.e.  both labor and management views; plaintiff and defendant advice; including government view where needed, etc.)

• Draft agenda (generally CLE courses are 2 to 3 hours)

We will contact you within 10 business days.  Please note that not all topics will qualify for CLE credit.
