Administrative Order 2022-1: Board Invites Feedback on Proposed Amendments to the Rules of the Board

The Board on Professional Responsibility is considering amendments to Board Rules 2.3-2.8, 6.1, 7.17, 11.2, 11.9, 17.4(e), and 19.8(e). The proposed amendments (shown in redline), and a brief statement of the reasons therefor, are available here. Interested parties may submit written comments concerning the proposed amendments. Comments must be submitted electronically, to [email protected], by November 28, 2022. All comments submitted pursuant to this notice will be available to the public, including any personal information contained therein.
